Product return and complaint instructions
If you are not pleased with your order, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, you may return your items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you have received a damaged product or are missing a product in your order, please contact customer service to receive replacement items at email@example.com. Please do so within 30 days after you have received the order.
Remember to inform customer service of your order number when contacting them.
