Return and Complaint Instructions
If you have regretted your purchase, you will make a Return.
If you have received a damaged product or are missing a product in your order, you
must make a Complaint to email@example.com within 30 days after you have received the relevant products.
Please note that we do not have a “customer satisfaction guarantee”. This means that we do not approve returns / complaints of products that you have used but that do not live up to your expectations. In case of any allergies or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try a new product on a small area (for example on the wrist) and wait for 24 hours to see if you get any reaction.
